Requirements

Relevant degree or diploma and 1 year experience or Honours degree/ higher diploma with no experience. The incumbent will receive on the job training. Any previous audit and related experience may be an advantage. PERSON PROFILE: The role requires: Skills: The role requires good teamwork, listening, writing and time management skills. The candidate should also display enthusiasm and a determination for acquiring audit related and related special resolution skills.

Duties:

Understanding of Internal Audit. Development of audit skills through performing simple audits in compliance with the audit methodology. Obtaining basic internal audit training. Executing simple audit steps Documenting auditing work. Effectively co-ordinate audit documents.

The Gauteng Department of Finance is contributing towards skills development by providing opportunities to unemployed graduates to gain work experience in various skill areas.
