The Industrial Development Corporation (IDC) awards full bursaries every year as part of its corporate social investment programme. The bursaries cover tuition fees, books, meals and accommodation for the duration of their studies at various South African universities. We also track progress from first year through to graduation. We provide academic and psycho-social support to students, as well as mentorship. The corporation views education as key to growing the country.
