Payroll Administrator Job description:

IBM is seeking a Paroll Administrator in its Johannesburg office, South Africa. The incumbent will be responsible for capturing and to calculate IBM payroll input, general filing, manual payments, reporting, reconciliations, compliance testing on payroll input and updates, help desk and to educate customers.

  • Candidate should possess the following skills:
  • Technical and administrative mastery of payroll process
  • Customer service oriented
  • A good command of written and spoken English
  • Strong numerical skills plus computer literacy
  • Must be competitive, persistent, results oriented
  • Ability to work with little supervision
  • Payroll administration: Experience needed 100%
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management
  • Require an assertive, pro-active and dedicated team player that works well in a process driven environment

Requirements for the IBM Payroll Administrator Job:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • At least 1 year experience in Strong VIP skills
  • At least 1 year experience in Technical and administrative mastery of payroll process
  • At least 1 year experience in Strong numerical skills plus computer literacy
  • English: Fluent

Preferred:

  • At least 2 years experience in Strong VIP skills
  • At least 2 years experience in Technical and administrative mastery of payroll process
  • At least 2 years experience in Strong numerical skills plus computer literacy
  • At least 2 years experience in Strong numerical skills plus computer literacy
