Educational requirements and experience:

  • Grade 12/NQF level 4 or equivalent qualification (preferably with Mathematics and Accountancy)
  • At least 2 years’ experience in customer service.

Short detailed job description:

The successful candidates will provide high quality customer service to customer contacts received at the walk-in centres, using initiative to resolve a minimum of 80% of customer queries on first contact, and logging customer queries within the Customer Services environment, while meeting or exceeding targets set by the R and CRM Department.
