Career-wise, too, we’ve found a special place in the lives of many people.
Each year Metropolitan grants generous bursaries to ensure that highly self-motivated achievers are given the opportunity to realise their career ambitions in life insurance.
Bursaries cover the cost of registration, tuition and residential fees, textbooks, incidental expenses and incentive bonuses for exceptional achievements. On completion of studies, the recipient is required to take up employment at Metropolitan’s Head Office at Parc du Cap, Bellville.
You are invited to apply for one of these bursaries, leading to a highly rewarding long-term career, if you meet with the following requirements:
- You are committed to a career in life insurance;
- You are an undergraduate who excels academically, particularly in actuarial courses; OR
- You are a matriculant who is achieving over 85% in Mathematics and at least 2 other related subjects (e.g. Accounting / Physics), level 6 or above.
PLEASE NOTE – All students should enrol or should be enrolled at the University of Cape Town. It is Metropolitan’s university of choice.
